User Management

Available for all lines of business.

Each facility appoints one or more Facility Administrators for the ePortal. Contracted Practitioners are automatically designated as the online Facility Administrator for their practice or practices. Facility Administrators can use ePortal User Management to invite support and/or clinical staff who should have access to Report, Request, Survey, or Business Center.

Features & Benefits

  • Facility Administrators can invite new users and grant permissions for each of the ePortal's online tools
  • Facility Administrators may revoke permissions or disable user accounts at any time
