National Veterans and Military Families Month

This November, we honor veterans and military families, recognize their sacrifices and successes, and thank them for their service.

National Veterans and Military Families Month is also a time to acknowledge the everyday challenges veterans may face and the support they need transitioning back home.

Military Members and Mental Health

Stress from deployments, frequent moves, combat exposure, and physical injuries can all take a toll on mental health. Many veterans face challenges with post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. These challenges are complex but common, and help is available.
